Qualification and Experience:

• Master’s Degree M.Sc. (Minimum 3.30 CGPA) in development studies, public policy, sociology, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university, with majors in international economics policy, microeconomics, food system and rural development, environmental economics, or globalization.AND Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in Botany (plant anatomy, cellular genetics, and physiology) or Chemistry (organic, inorganic, and applied chemistry) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of overall cumulative professional experience in the Government, Semi-Government, Private Sector, or Educational Consultancy.
• Specific experience in cannabis policy, cannabis licensing rules and regulations formulation/drafting, regulatory framework development, strategic planning, institutional development related to cannabis and hemp is mandatory.
• Experience of Operations and Enforcement in declared hard/remote areas in the govt sector is also mandatory. (Note: In case of higher qualification, experience may be curtailed up to two years).
